The Future Ready Fund project is a collaboration between Springpod and Hertfordshire Careers Hub exploring new ways to help young people reflect on and learn from work experience.
This site provides resources for teachers and careers advisers, alongside the My Work Experience Reflection Tool and Springville classroom experiences, helping students recognise their skills and better prepare for the future of work.
